@OfficialFV What's the point, I've spent hours on a phone call with your apparent customer support to be told that even though the hinge has come off the bed, a key part of the structure and integrity, its not covered. I don't want to waste even more time
@OfficialFV Really disappointing that when a hinge comes out of one of your bed bases (frame), making the bed impossible to use, you don't count it as fundamental to the mechanism and hence not covered by your apparent 20-year guarantee .... #mustdobetter
