@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I’m writing on behalf of my elderly aunt. On April 11 her Internet went out on April 14th Xfinity came to fix it but she to had to pay for Ring and ADT to get back online & on April 17th they were working in the area and now herservice is out AGAIN! HELP!
