Ah yes, people aren't angry about the police letting a boy die in handcuffs. The reason they're really angry is...

Elon Musk.
Of course it is. Makes perfect sense. Thank you, Keir.
Behold the majesty of Toledo's Corpus Christi
The Custodia de Arfe (1524) is a masterpiece in every sense.
Over 3 meters tall, made from 183 kg of silver, 18 kg of gold, and more than 5,600 pieces.
History, faith, and craftsmanship coming together in one incredible work.
Things were already on the decline obviously when it happened but the Scott Pilgrim movie releasing was 9/11 for alt subcultures. Genuinely overnight every alt space was infested in guys with khaki shorts and zelda shirts looking for 'their' Ramona Flowers. It was the death blow.
@gogogaga834224 IMO the capacity of clones like Cody to flip allegiances on a dime solely based on which orders they're given was specifically what made Order 66 so compelling and tragic, and Fives's subplot reframing it as brain chip mind control nonsense kinda ruins the point.
Yes, the Templars created modern banking. No, the Templars do not currently control global finance. That coup happened via Amschel Mayor Rothschild and his 5 sons in the late 1700’s. The Templars haven’t had any geopolitical importance since 1307. Anyone telling you it’s the Jesuits, Templars, Masons, etc. running the world don’t have a clue or are misdirecting from Jewish Supremacy, Jewish finance and the Rothschilds.
Bro, this is one of the biggest reasons Japan’s birth rate keeps collapsing.
A young Japanese guy working full-time is only taking home around 130,000–140,000 yen a month, while still paying off student loans.
With that kind of money, getting married and having kids isn’t just “difficult” — it feels impossible for a lot of people.
Meanwhile, the government keeps expanding support and subsidies for foreign workers, covering part of their wages and making it easier for companies to hire them.
So we have a situation where young Japanese people are struggling to even survive, yet the system is more focused on bringing in and supporting foreign labor.
If the government has money and energy to help foreigners settle and work here, shouldn’t they at least make sure young Japanese people can afford to have children first?
This isn’t about hating foreigners. It’s about priorities being completely backwards.
In 17 years in the USA I never joined a French community or neighborhood, hanged out with French people, tried to stay French, waved a French flag, or bragged about France.
These people flood your country like they conquered it, and accuse you of racism if you say anything.
I took my son to Disneyland when he was 6 and he was fascinated with Pirates ever since. McDonalds had a promotion where you got a Pirates of the Carribean tiny toy pirate who wielded a tiny... like 5 mm long plastic sword. My son was so excited to show his teacher at school the next day. He took it out of his backpack when I was dropping him off with his teacher and showed it to her. She immediately freaked out and said "OH NO! We don't allow weapons at this school!" He thought she was genuinely afraid from what she was saying. He gently took her hand and said "It's ok... it's a toy sword... it's tiny... it's plastic. Its can't hurt you. It can't hurt anybody. I promise". She said "There's zero tolerance for weapons here. Give it to your mom or I will have to confiscate it". So he sadly gave me the tiny pirate. His show and tell had been ruined. "Zero Tolerance" is another stupid DEI thing. In actuality it amounts to "No thinking about this allowed"
