We've received a penalty notice for failure to submit a Country by country report, although we submitted the report some time ago

How do you suggest we proceed?

The follow up 'Notice to Pay' has an 'Issued by' address - DMB 601, BX5 5AB

@HMRCcustomers Yes - 0300 200 3854. I spoke to someone who was from a completely different department and explained how the rather clever team from 0300 200 3854 clearly aren't taking calls and are just redirecting calls to other HMRC numbers.
