@BBCNews It used to be easy, walk in, join the queue, answer the questions etc etc... give blood, drink tea, leave.

Life is busy, sometimes, and to arrive for your appt on time and spend over an hour waiting doesn't always fit with work and other commitments. I rarely give blood now...
