After which I was assured by George that the logbook will be out in 2weeks. Since January nothing so far. Now @Coopbankenya you're saying that the account has another loan of 850k so the logbook can't be released. Why are you guys changing the story? I need the logbook ASAP

@Coopbankenya I have an issue with coopbank parliament branch. We bought a car Toyota hilux KDJ that had a loan in that branch. The loan balance for the said vehicle was calculated and we cleared.
After which an email was sent to the headoffice.
