Just thinking about the whole keep 2m apart business. Who decided 2m was the right distance and why? This virus is airborne too and I'm sure we've all seen the simulation of someone coughing or sneezing in a supermarket. The droplets carry for a considerable disance. Discuss

Challenging lesson with @sifustevedare early this morning, starting SG4. Didn't realise there are Tarn and Bong Sau for legs too! Wing Chun is such a detailed effective martial art and with a dedicated, knowledgeable teacher in Sifu Steve Dare, I am excited by everything to come.
