@O2 Black Friday deals are a joke! tried to upgrade to a Samsung s21 twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times although website showing handset in stock told within 24 hours that's not the case and wait up to a week, which passed! Website still showing handsets are in stock.. AVOID!
