The DPP this morning received equipment valued at $214,305 to the Prosecution Training Institute from the US Dept. of Int'l Law & Narcotics Director of the Bureau @StateINL Mr. Kevan Higgins to support the development through training and to develop capacities of the institute.

A 3-judge bench of the High Court at Milimani has today dismissed two petitions filed by the Council of Governors and Mike Sonko, respectively, seeking a total of 32 prayers centred on whether a sitting Governor, once charged with a criminal offence, should be barred from office.
