Labor seem to be under what it is my view the mistaken impression that traditional political narratives and pre-rehearsed lines can reverse the rise of One Nation.
Its arguably too late for that.
The govt needs action with quantifiable results, most notably on migration.
Anyone still cheering on Labor's Budget either hasn't read it - or doesn't understand it.

@GreenTyler27 The restriction for Temporary Residents buying Existing Property as PPOR only came into affect Apr. '25 and is a only a temporary measure. Loophole is van buy existing and knock down/rebuild. Govt. still allowing them to buy anything regarded as 'new', i.e. a dogbox in the sky
@GreenTyler27 Not only do Temporary Visa Holders (who make up a huge portion of our Extreme NOM No.) drive Demand for Rentals sky high, they are also still permitted to buy new & off the plan properties, commercial RE, Farmland! and vacant land!
