@BestBuySupport We’ve talked to over a handful of agents and all that @BestBuy is willing to offer is a $100 gift card for 5 failed delivery attempts that were at the fault of @BestBuy and we took time off of work each and every time. I will DM you but please don’t waste my time with excuses.
@Vivalamattt @BestBuy Originally ordered a stove and when it came it was damaged. The next one they sent to replace it was also damaged. The third scheduled replacement didn’t happen because the rude driver said he made a mistake and that the stove I wanted was now on backorder. @BestBuy
@Vivalamattt @BestBuy Yeah I will definitely be warning everyone to stay away from @BestBuy especially all our friends that just bought their homes around the same time we did.
@Vivalamattt @BestBuy Each instance we had to take time to be here for a delivery that never happened because it was @BestBuy fault. By the way, they’re offering a poor excuse of compensation to make this right - it’s more like hush money to make us go away.
