@AAMC_MCAT why don’t u have backup exams for the MCAT? I was turned away from the testing center (after taking off work) due to technical difficulties affecting just me. If you’re going to charge $350 + all the prep needed, you have a duty to the examinees!! @pearson @AAMCtoday

@ChipotleTweets Your Broadway Manhattan location would not honor the free guac promotion and didn’t say anything until checkout. Employee was rude, unhelpful, and lied about the bathroom being closed. This is disappointing. You have a duty to honor your promotions
