We are happy to share that the Chairperson of the Student Council at @KitanteHillSchl who also serves as Deputy Speaker for the Uganda National Students Association (UNSA) @unsaugofficial, Kampala City recently participated in the association’s induction ceremony held at the Ministry of Education Legacy Towers. The event was graced by the District Police Commander for Makerere University, alongside Emeritus Council Members of 2025. UNSA is a student organization established to bridge the gap between students, school administrations and the government. We are proud to see our students actively taking on leadership roles at such a level.

Day 1 of the Scriptwriting Masterclass at #UFF2025 is underway at UICT Nakawa. Led by Daphne Ampire and Cathy Bagaaya, the session brings together Ugandan storytellers ready to sharpen their writing skills.

Today’s sessions focused on story structure, character development, and writing dialogue that feels true to Ugandan settings and voices.

Participants also explored how to write visually for film and TV.
