@AirIndiaX Bo just says I need to contact customer services which I can't do, it sends me back to bo and I'm going round in circles.

@AirIndiaX my flight from KUL to DEL was delayed 4 hours meaning I'd miss a connection, booked another flight with Malaysia airlines but I want a refund and can't find a contact us email or anything, nobody is replying on that chat and bo isn't helpful.

@eonenergyuk Apparently so which nobody explained to me, so the 4 phones i called up to check I didn't owe anything to be categorically told I was in credit was a total waste of time and the thing I was trying to avoid happened anyway. Can somebody please contact me.

@eonenergyuk guys I'd avoid using eon at all costs, had an account which was i was told was in credit 3 times over a year and they've tried to hit me with a £1000 bill. Totally unacceptable.
