@bcherny @AnthropicAI Our 22-person grant services firm attempted to onboard to Claude Teams on April 14. We paid the subscription, added 4 team members, and were instantly hit with "This organization has been disabled" before a single prompt was ever sent.
This appears to be a false positive on automated billing or velocity filters. We are a legitimate firm and do not use any third-party automated harnesses. Our support ticket is stuck in the automated Finn loop with no human response. Would deeply appreciate a manual review so we can begin using Claude.
