I had the sad realization the other day that the decline in my ability to focus and quality of sleep coincides with redownloading Twitter on my phone. So it’s time to say goodbye again. I’ll be back the week of November 4 for obvious reasons

I’m sad we elected a government which will make Americans poorer & less healthy, which promised to target vulnerable Americans & make their lives worse.
We’ll need to work hard to help a lot of people.
