@fesshole I used to work at a jewellers. A man came in and said, "Have you got a potato clock?". I said, "Never heard of it, but we have carriage clocks and cuckoo clocks". He said, "That's no good, you see I have a new job that starts at 9, and my wife said I need to get a potato clock".
this might sound cynical but i’ve always wondered why no billionaire has singlehandedly funded the halting/reversal of climate change solely for the sake of satisfying their narcissism by being able to say they literally saved the entire human race
Our NHS is in crisis: Underfunded, increasingly privatised, and staff over-worked and under-paid.
The government could use tomorrow’s Autumn Statement to change that.

@g_may_g I'm waiting for my diagnosis too 💜 but I know I have it. School was a struggle, I couldn't 'get' things like my peers did. college/uni were HARD. I now have chronic illnesses bcuz I tried so hard to keep up. I feel you x
