@LariviereY12129@HoffmanTactical@NaviGoBoom I think its telling that in his disclosure, he calls out Hoffman as showing it in a way earlier video. I would hope that opens the investigator to at least Google "Hoffman super safety " and see the chain of events.
@NaviGoBoom@HoffmanTactical Yes I agree with you. We also have first to file and not first to invent. Im not sure how that actually plays out when something like this happens. Also, he flat out lied so that won't play out well either.
Also, I have 1 patent filing that I hired an outside engineering firm to do like 90% of it, I added some detail and functionality changes to get it where I wanted it and I have to list both engineers and myself as inventor. My lawyer was very adamant that the true inventors are listed and not just me because I paid for it. So there is some claim you could make as the actual inventor and invalidate his patent as well. I wouldn't think the patent office doesn't like when people lie about who invented what
@HoffmanTactical So, kind of. I'm not totally clear on the intricacies, but I know for certain if I show the details of how my invention works to anyone, trade show, range day etc, I have 12 months from that showing to file provisional.
@HoffmanTactical My patent lawyer always makes sure no one outside my company or outside an NDA hasn't seen my claimed invention longer than a year previous to filing. If you show something publicly, you have 1 year to file or it will become public domain.
@LeaderJohnThune No, you've been following the path of least resistance. Fire the political hack parliamentarian. She needs to go and you need to do your job.
@RepJasonSmith Add back the HPA and SHORT Act to the BBB. No 2nd amendment supporter wants a registration. The senate screwed up. The house needs to fix it.
