@mariah__hunter I agree with this however the pros of there being no regulation on the Internet whether that's the FCC or not outweighs the cons. I think that the internet is what it is now because of how unfiltered it is. It allows for freedom of speech and the spread of ones ideas.
@mmm_draco I agree with this because the only reason that the internet is what it is now is because of its unregulated nature and with regulation there would be less progression and less spread of voices and ideas

I don't think that the FCC should regulate the internet because people should have free expression over the Internet since the innovation of the Internet is mainly due to its unregulated nature. I feel that if it were regulated we wouldn't progress
@mariah__hunter I agree the use of the red, green, and black colors associated with African liberation is often reflected in the lighting design, symbolizing the characters' struggles for self-determination and empowerment.
@MonicaMart8898 I also felt frustrated and sad because of the camera angles because they would use close-up shots of the character's facial expressions which made me feel more connected with the characters which made me sympathize with and feel frustrated.

I felt sad because of the musical score, as they would play slow and sad music, setting the mood of the scene. This is shown during the aftermath of Radio Raheem's death. When Raheem's body is carried out there is sad music showing the tragic moment.
@MonicaMart8898 I agree that it is made for parents who are worried about their kids and can monitor them digitally. The reckless driving of the kid shows that the father is worried. He gets a text saying that she safely arrived at school, which lets him breathe easy and know that she is safe.
@mmm_draco I agree that this ad is for men since it says "this is an ad for men". Also it is trying to bring awareness to the men that women are just as good as men and to hire them for more leadership roles.

The target audience of this advertisement are the women. This advertisement is trying to encourage more women to join the World War II. "We can do it" is to boost the morale among the workers in the factories producing the war materials. #2D03Media180
@carolnoreen I agree because cable TV has transformed entertainment with its vast options, offering freedom for each family member to choose their preferred content, which gives people the relaxation experience of being on the sofa together.
#2D03Media180 I also remember Disney fostering a community whereas they would host events such as the Christmas holiday events where they would all sing and throw a party. They would interact with the viewers telling them to have a great holiday, creating a sense of belonging p2
#2D03Media180 I believe that the use of cable has disrupted our sense of community to some extent and the traditional television systems were more conductive in drawing in a community as people who would watch these shows could later converse on what had happened in show. pt 1
@EffraimAlone I agree with this as although there may be good impacts there are always people who will want to cause chaos by spreading misinformation making people not trust someone for something they may have never done
Pt. 3 This is also shown in the reading “Why the Web Won’t be Nirvana?” it states "Every voice can be heard cheaply and instantly. The result? Every voice is heard." This shows the principle of freedom as anyone can say anything and their words will reach someone #2D03Media180
Pt 1. Social media fosters the political system of democracy and the principle of freedom because it allows anyone to share their perspectives and discuss their ideas. Not only that people can hear you opinions instantly from wherever they are. #2D03Media180
Pt 2. I feel this way because I see this often on twitter threads, reddit threads, and under instagram posts. I see people sharing ideas about a specific topic, some bringing up facts, while others rambling about nonsense. #2D03Media180
