Your concerns team don’t call as scheduled and nobody on business CS can contact them…. You left me for 48 hours with no working phone number and can’t explain why.
@tescomobile why do you dismiss real coverage issues, give business customers shifting complaint timelines, and even ask us to break DP laws?
Totally unacceptable wasting hours of our time trying to get this urgently resolved but nobody cares enough to help.
@thetrainline why if @SouthernRailUK can’t stop at #hassocks are you still letting people buy tickets for journeys they can’t complete and then charging them an admin fee to get a refund / refusing to refund them at all?
