It's declining because a lot of us have figured out how to build tools that replicate Costar's most valuable function, rent comps. They are an aggregator not a data provider. Hint: County assessor multifamily master list --> grokbot web crawl to each property website -> internal database.

The browser is the part of GPT that feels most like a hack I shouldn’t have access to.

Zero coding or 3D background—and I’m using Codex’s browser to let GPT operate @MeshyAI’s full web workflow directly. It generates coordinated front, side, profile, and rear references; feeds them into Meshy’s multi-view system; builds and remeshes characters, assigns rigs and animations, and uses a Blender-based inspection tool that SOL created itself, to review geometry, scale, and deformation from every angle.

Then the loop evaluates its own output, rejects inconsistencies, rewrites the prompts, and improves the SOP governing the next generation before accepted assets enter a multi zone 3D world.

Finished assets are offered free to the Meshy community, where featured work earns credits back. The output is so high quality, sometimes I wake up in the morning with more credits than I started with.
