@Mayfuel I wouldn’t mind if he went all out with a SW spin off film. Like not set in the Skywalker era or the past just some random point in time and just a weird story. Go all out on the Whills and midichlorians etc.
@ag_gobby@ObiWanK43252653 I feel you can even sense Lucas enjoying the process of making ep 1 but not being happy doing 2 which he really wanted Spielberg or Howard to do. Episode 3 Lucas locked in again but that time Spielberg assisted him a bit.
@KevinLamb74 I really feel Lucas should’ve called it something like SW prologue or how he originally intended “The Beginning” I feel he tied himself with the episode numbers to tell the story of Anakin.
@mjarbo The story itself is not too bad it is what it is, especially since they decided on Harrison Ford coming back. But, it does affect that Lucas/Spielberg team up wasn’t there,it’s missing something. I feel Mangold wasn’t the right choice his films always feel like they drag along.
@scarlettspder2 Thing is Andor is closer to A New Hope and Empire in tone than Mandalorian and Grogu. People just want a well written project and Disney has failed to do so.
@anakinsdream He could’ve been the new big bad in the sequels post 9. And the Acolyte series could’ve been his introduction, if in Jedi Survivor there was a High Republic Jedi it would be possible for there to be a Sith apprentice somewhere frozen for insubordination.
@AvatarKyber If I remember right even in the script they insinuate that the reason Anakin distrusted the Jedi Order is because it’s to close to the senate and to the republic. That’s why he says from my point of view the Jedi are evil.
@HMBohemond General public liked TPM they disliked AotC and RotS was huge for everyone. But it was normal to see people dislike the prequel era because it became more nerdy in a way.
@ghenniss@muaddibstyle I actually liked that they didn’t appear because it makes it interesting, like how the guy in ANH goes”Your ancient religion” speech and gets humbled. In a way it’s so rare that imperials wouldn’t believe it.
@kylegoines@DomainDead@ufosorwhatever Omg, yeah I feel the GB game was crucial to learn the game. Honestly I preferred the GB TC game rather than the actual TCG.
@DomainDead@ufosorwhatever I wonder why Pokemon TCG itself has this lol I tried playing with my cousin and it was the most boring thing, like it wasn’t bad just not as cool as Yugioh. And we both loved Pkmn but we would just play Pkmn on the DS 😂
@kupoccino Like, it’s fine to have let’s say Pokemon cards. But, children should be able to build card decks, I prefer for them to enjoy without resale value mentality. Sometimes we have to let go. Maybe out of a collection one thing feels more worth to keep than the rest. Not everything.
@kupoccino Today it’s harder, before you could pick up any hobby and buy, sell or trade. Now, everyone wants $. I sold all my Bakugan and DS games because in the past if they were popular stuff it would always be available. Now, people hoard it they don’t share and thats a bit sad.
@PokeMasterDeez@KingdomSweats People who grade cards don’t take into account nostalgia, in 10-20 years most are going to look for specific cards they liked not necessarily cards that had “value”. That’s also why this frenzy about value accumulation is nonsense. Without nostalgia there’s no value.
