While yes, that Vgen holds the money is a boon, but that still doesn't combat the loss of time when an artist goes dark on you suddenly. I've personally lost months of time on Vgen in the past as a client.

@TouhouEnjoyer_ Not quite. They argue that by the platforms terms of service you did passively consent to other people editing your images is the same thing as actually you consenting to what has been done to your image(image not as in the picture but social perception).

@TouhouEnjoyer_ A lot of those people just reduce consent down to the ownership of the image instead of interpersonal consent. I expect this whole debacle to end in slander/misrepresentation lawsuits if I'm being fully honest.

@SoksNy I would argue that for the people that do race swaps it's less about there already being dark skinned characters and more about those characters not really having traditionally black facial features aside from their skin. (1/2)
