@SpicyEncounters Tried this years ago except higher initiatives chose last because choosing last is most desirable. The problem we found was that combats lasted far longer, and AoEs that didn’t discriminate were almost never used anymore. Wall spells became insane, though.

Please shoot ranged weapons at your monk. Make the rogue do dexterity saves. Cast a spell at your wizard with counterspell.
