I booked Green Roof hotel via your platform (Booking date: 14 May 2024, Stay: 16-17 May 2025). Got email confirmation, but on arrival hotel said they were full & don’t accept Hotelzify bookings. No help from your support. I demand a refund, compensation& explanation.

Very Pathetic service.

Flight was already delayed and after 2 hours, there was storm at Atlanta. Ticket assistant at Dayton confirmed hotel, but once we arrived at Atlanta, hotel was denied. We are traveling from Dayton to Mumbai

Respected sir,
I have been asked to vacate home by giving just 1 day notice by District collector.
They have cited some Supreme court judgement, SLP number: 25285-86/2019.
I have not even got chance to defend my self. The survey numbers quoted in judgement ..1

On 18 June 23, travelled on BA 294 with broken seat (45A). Seat was loose and seat back was not keeping upright. By just mentioning about problem, got very rude response from flight attendant saying 'I am not magician to fix that'.

If passenger cancels ride, you charge cancelation charges, why not you compensate for the delay.
I booked ride at 8.15am was supposed to reach destination by 9.15 am.
