@ProgLJS @EtherionMaster Not explicitly told in citation by the manga, but on his flashback with Kenny you see him coughing blood. If he were to "die" of old age it wouldn't be normal for him to cough like that. Most likely he used MBA for a short moment and then his body started decaying.
