@Trumpery45 @matt9milly @elonmusk @Tesla They started installing HW3 from September 2019, I simply was unlucky to buy 4 months before that . They have started the retrofits in Norway and Netherlands, but why not the other countries.

Tesla still not installing HW3 on Model 3 in Spain (and most other European countries). This is pretty poor customer service leaving early adopters hanging 2 years after getting the car and 20 months after HW3 was first introduced.
