Apple said it is expected behaviour for iOS to show the battery usage of hidden applications on iOS revealing that they are installed. This is done without requiring the additional authentication normally required to see hidden apps. That feels like a flaw to me. #iOS#Security
@DowntownStJohns@947ozfm@ntv@DcPresentsX Can the city please take a moment to place an icon next to each establishment on the Burger Battle website to state if they are wheelchair accessible please.
@TomsSmartHome Yes I had to get the developer of Pywemo to fix a bug with some devices that didn't work. A later release fixed it. Also it is great now on iOS we have anew Wemo Mobile App that works as well as Windows and Mac apps that work. Much easier for the average person.
@TomsSmartHome I am having an error with Pywemo the problem may have to do with the fact my wifi network is called "Mr. Clean". I am wondering if the space in the name is giving PyWemo an error. All other steps including turning it off and on are working.
@lovetocook12345 It is opt-in by default that you camera can be used by search party by ring. You can opt-out... But also if the AI flags the pet found on your camera your app will ask if they can share the clip. Or that is how it works NOW. This should be OPT OUT by default.
I have been in the queue for a #SpaceSelfie from @crunchlabs since May 27, 2025. It would be cool if they gave you a position number and some way to know where you are in the queue. So if you sign up for it you can expect to be waiting a while.
@Plaid is failing to sync my bank account with a third party service for more than a year. It did work for years and still works with my Wife account at the same bank. I tried support with Monarch but they said Plaid never fixed it. What do I do?
All of my @merosshome devices have stopped working in Aleza. The skill says it can't communicate with any devices. Google is still working with them. Also Alexa is working with other brands of devices.
So if you create a NEW 2FA today on https://t.co/0MR4AibDts it still calls it a Twitter 2FA? @xcanada@elonmusk ? On November 10th your closing all twitter domain references will 2FA be impacted?
@tim_cook as a long-time user of the Apple AirPods Pro V1 and hearing aids, I was disappointed to find that the full hearing aid functionality is not available in the AirPods Pro V3 in Canada. Please be prioritized availability of the option in Canada even if not medical grade.
@Bell for many people watch one TV show in the winter and record another to watch when it is on hiatus in the summer. You can do this with @Rogers because they have one year of cloud recording. Where Bell limit to only 60 days. Why would you intentional provide less?
Many Bell cell phone users received an email from Bell today, offering a free year of Perplexity Pro! It’s an AI/Search system similar to ChatGPT and others.
Perplexity isn’t a bad service, but the Pro Subscription gives you more searches per day and runs faster. Normally, it costs $20 a month, but Bell and Perplexity are giving you a free year in hopes that you’ll want to pay for it next year.
The first thing I did was check if this offer automatically renews. And guess what? Nope! So, in a year from now, you won’t get a bill for $20 a month or $240 a year.
If you’re thinking about trying out the service, this is a great offer, and you can be sure that it won’t hit you with a cost in a year when the free year ends.
@crunchlabs Hi... You said one million uploads per week... WOW... I was looking to ask how many images come down each week? Like are you ding 1000 selfies a week?
I haven't seen many post of #spaceselfie anymore. @crunchlabs how many on average take place every day? You should have a fun total taken counter on your website.
@MarkRober it would be fun to have a counter on your website that says how many #spaceselfie have been taken to date. And to know how many in the last seven days. Just something for us waiting for ours to happen to know that they are still happening.
