Had a fantastic time teaching this years LGP students from the ‘Seeing is believing’ light microscopy module and imaging some tardigrades. Thanks to the fantastic environment and facilities at @AshokaUniv and the opportunity provided by @GlobalAshoka and @Lodha
Happy to see an important piece of my work online today @NatureComms from the Bogan lab. We demonstrate TUG regulated trafficking at the ERGIC to maintain homeostasis in the early secretory pathway, and govern autophagy and secretion of Collagens.

Amazing time spent @LodhaGenius @AshokaUniv with the students for the microscopy in life sciences module with some old colleagues and friends @JosephMathewK. Thank you @AmbikaAnupama for the opportunity.
Huge shoutout to @EMBO, for organizing such an inspiring meeting and bringing together an incredible network of talented @EMBOFellows . This experience has been genuinely rewarding!
More than 100 @EMBOFellows are meeting in Heidelberg. The postdoctoral fellows present their research, attend a mentoring session, receive training on a variety of topics and more. #EMBOat60

How do you go leaflet by leaflet and visualise membrane order specifically in the inner leaflet of the plasma membrane?
Read along to find out!!
We are very excited to present our lab’s latest preprint, going from the inner leaflet all the way to cell physiology! 🧫🧫🔬🔬
Perhaps you've wondered what Doritos would look like in a CT scan. We did, so here's a clump of Cool Ranch Doritos, scanned through the bag. But there's more...🧵
@GoK_SevaSindhu I had filed for an PCC for a visa application. What should have taken 21 days has become more than 2 months now without any resolution. I have contacted your support team through repeated calls/emails but it hasn’t helped either. Disappointed with the service.
Hello hello there! I am looking for an enthusiastic postdoctoral fellow to join me here in lovely Padua, Italy in the Dept. of Biology at the University of Padua @DiBio_UniPD to work with me on stem cell models of mouse embryos. If interested, please PM me! Thanks!
A tour de force in synthetic embryology. Truly mesmerising pieces of work! Was extremely lucky to witness the development and execution of this project over years in the skilful hands of @GianlucaAmadei1@CEHandford Kasey and collaborations of @MZG_Lab. Congrats all 👏🏽
After building embryoids for 10 years, we succeeded in generating structures with brains, hearts, neural tubes, somites with a yolk sac. Both original submissions using two different approaches are on BioRxiv, to be published soon. https://t.co/p1ZL2C3UPH
How can we improve the robustness and resolution of cell migration and adhesion phenotypes while also capturing its heterogeneity which is often a phenotype!- @PNordenfelt has been helping us think about these questions with this amazing microscopy-based approach.See thread below
All the very best to dear Vishalakshi! One who would remember everything about every student, no matter how big the figure was. I hope this little present keeps you warm with the memories of 36 years of your service here:) @bliscsciart@BLiSC_India@NCBS_Bangalore@Archives_NCBS
