At ~ 12:45 pm, Zone 1 officers were dispatched to the 2100 block of Lowrie St. in Troy Hill for a reports of a violent domestic outside a residence where a male was assaulting a female.

The male then retreated inside of the house where he retrieved a gun and returned to confront two males doing construction work on a neighbor’s house. The actor 4then reportedly pulled the gun and threatened one of the workers if he didn’t stop his jack hammer.

The actor then puts the gun away back inside the house and begins assaulting the female once again outside.

Two more construction workers intervene to help her when the actor started punching a female construction worker in the head and pepper sprays her in the face.

The actor then got in his car, turned a corner, where he struck a male construction worker. The male flees from the vehicle on foot.

Medics transported the victim in stable condition. Everyone else was evaluated on scene. The vehicle was recovered in the 1300 block of Lowrie Street.

Police arrested Matthew Dougherty. He faces multiple charges.
