Proof copies of Where the Wicked Lurk came in today and they look fantastic! Matthew Wildasin did an amazing job on the cover, both front and back. So the print edition should be available tomorrow. For those who like ebooks, you can get it free on website.
It's here! Where the Wicked Lurk is now available and you can get the ebook for free by signing up to my newsletter, Ghost Notes, at https://t.co/eWcKxoTlm7
And since some people asked, there will be a print edition available for purchase soon.
Feel free to share this!
Tonight I typed "The End" on my new novella. I haven't done that in longer than I care to say. I'll be looking for some beta readers very soon, so if anyone's interested, hit me up. Also, title and cover reveal coming within the next few days.
Editing my new novella:
Step 1: Start editing
Step 2: Bang head on desk
Step 3: Admire my own genius
Step 4: Realize I suck and have no business writing
Step 5: Throw laptop across the room
Step 6: Stop editing because I can't afford another laptop
If I'm reading Stephen King's The Outsider outside, does that make ME The Outsider? (Notice how I snuck the coffee mug advertising my book Devil Music into the photo)
I haven't written anything since January. I won't get into why, but today I continued a project I started at the beginning of the year and wrote 2500 words. Feels good to be back behind the laptop.
Though I've been a fan for about 30 years, I somehow never got around to reading this book. I just finishednit and all I can say is it is one of his best. Ramsey Campbell is truly a master of horror.
