@TonyPaul1984@TonyPaul1984, the lost productivity item is a fallacy. The reduction in productivity occurred decades ago when the tournament expanded to 64. It was lost at that time. Can’t lose something that hasn’t existed since 1985.
@ADavidHaleJoint Here is my Ron Cherry story. As a Clemson student, Ron was perceived to be the worst official in the ACC. Clemson fans groaned when Ron worked our games. Post college, Ron and I worked at NS. He was professional and respected. A good man.
@CFBONFOX@JoelKlattShow Clemson beat #14 Syracuse by 6 points as a 13 pt favorite. Could there be other Top 5 teams that struggled? Oh yeah, UGA beat unranked Missouri by 4 points as a 31 pt favorite. Tennessee needed OT to defeat an average Pitt team…Clemson’s division includes 3 other ranked teams.
@joelklatt@ClemsonFB Opponents records of top 6 in order of best to worst
5) Clemson 34-23
3) Tennessee 30-22
1) Georgia 29-22
6) Alabama 25-25
4) Michigan 24-23
2) Ohio State 21-25
@RicoBeard It’s not a new tradition. It’s long been a tradition to gather at the paw. I’m 43. Played on the field as a kid with friends in my Levan Kirkland and Chester McGlockton jersey. Went on the field as a Clemson student.
@minakimes Enjoy your NFL work. Your narrow assertion is wrong. Dabo is for the NIL. Dabo is for the college education for his players. Dabo is for helping mold young men. Dabo is against universities paying players. Why? He believes in the transformational power of an education & college.
@JacobAchorn @minakimes Not true. Dabo is against the university directly paying players and fully supportive of the player NIL. Don’t read the clickbait.
@noitsnotwink@minakimes So many examples of Dabo’s involvement around that community helping students and encouraging others. See his involvement in Clemson Life. See his involvement with students in other sports.
@MarinerHawk22@minakimes No. Dabo maintains a relationship and encourages players that left early to come back and finish their degrees. Simple Google search will bring up examples. Dabo encourages players from before his time at Clemson to come back. Terry Allen is a great, public example. Many more.
