We mourn the loss of noted Baylor alumna Allison Dickson following her passing. 💚💛
Valedictorian of her @BaylorLaw class in 2007, Allison defied the odds of a childhood medical diagnosis to inspire with her legacy of courage, generosity & service: https://t.co/83IZoubgGb

@RMFifthCircuit "You! Yes, you, looking for gum and deciding whether to buy jerky with branding vaguely based on an extinct or 'nonexistent' creature. I present in this book the perfect excuse to ignore emails and the person next to you for one flight. You're welcome."
Grateful to the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section for running my article "Ten Recent Developments from the High Courts Regarding Arbitration" in this month's News for the Bar.

Some might call Pattern Jury Charge committee work tedious (it can be!), but man, the folks on PJC committees really care and try to get it right. I continue to be impressed by lawyers' and judges' commitment to PJC work, and I'm honored to be a small part of it.
Significantly, I finally got to meet the great Kirk Cooper in person in Austin after a year-plus of seeing him only on Zoom. Very good appellate lawyer in El Paso.
Very grateful for the opportunity to present on Recent Developments in Arbitration-Related Appeals for the @statebaroftexas Advanced Civil Appellate Practice Course. What a fantastic course.
Also honored to be elected to serve on the @TexAppOrg Council.
