Universities exist for validation, not for learning.
Knowing something and proving that you know something are not the same thing. As AI gets better, the need for human, in-person proof of learning will increase (to avoid AI-driven cheating). Universities have the history and reputation to put weight on the stamp.
I bet it depends on your customers and category.
If your customers understand your software category (smart customers or established category), they want to know how the software offers the benefits - features matter.
But if they don't understand the category, you have to start from an earlier set of principles to win their attention
@AndrewCurran_ I think you have to show the distribution of respondentsโ ages to drive this home. If that distribution is too narrow, then it could mean that the best decade was the one they chose, and polling others would prove it
The difference between micromanaging and coaching is subtle in how you practice it, but huge in the outcomes.
Micromanaging seeks the result at any cost. Coaching seeks a worker who can deliver that result.
Both require high standards and ruthless attention to detail.
