The situation in Gaza is desperate. Today the UK is announcing £23m for @UNRWA to deliver vital support including food, water, education and medical support for Palestinian refugees.
There must be more aid, all crossings opened, and humanitarian agencies able to operate safely.
The escalation in Sudan is horrifying, with civilians in El Obeid cut off from access to food, water and fuel as RSF drone strikes escalate. Hundreds of thousands of people are at grave risk.
Sudan is one of the worst humanitarian situations in the world, and the conflict must end.
In Parliament, I called for the United Arab Emirates to withdraw its support for the RSF and force them to protect civilians - and for the UK government to apply maximum pressure, including on tackling the illicit gold trade and financing to ensure that those arming this awful conflict do not materially benefit.
The best way to cool off after a busy day in the constituency!
And a perfect excuse to finally drop in to @darlishicecream who have just opened up their new shop in Notting Hill. Welcome to the neighbourhood! I think this will be the first trip of many...
Have a great weekend everyone ☀️🍧
Today is Armed Forces Day. A time to honour our service personnel, veterans, reservists, cadets, and military families who give so much to our country.
It was a privilege to attend the flag raising ceremony at Kensington & Chelsea Town Hall to mark the occasion.
Thank you for your tireless service protecting the UK and promoting peace overseas.
Ahead of #ArmedForcesDay, I was honoured to be joined by members of our Armed Forces and veterans to raise the @ArmedForcesDay flag at Kensington Town Hall.
We, in Kensington and Chelsea, are proud of our strong links to the Armed Forces.
Thank you for your service.
Thank you @josephpowell for speaking up in the Commons for the staff who keep this place running.
650 separate employers means no consistent terms and no proper support.
One Parliament One Employer fixes that.

I spoke to @BenKentish on @LBC about whose interests it was in for Nigel Farage to lobby the Bank of England for a major shift in cryptocurrency policy.
Could is possibly be the man who has donated £25M to his party, and is his personal benefactor to the tune of £5M...? 🤔
There are many questions still to answer about the undeclared £5M Nigel Farage received from Thailand-based crypto billionaire Christopher Harborne.
Farage says it's "literally none of your business". I disagree.
I raised one of the most serious in Parliament today with Chief Secretary @darrenpjones, which is The @Guardian's report that Farage used a private meeting with the Governor of the Bank of England to lobby for changes in cryptocurrency policy that would massively benefit Harborne.
Trust in politics is the foundation of our democracy, and these allegations raise serious concerns about the role that money plays in our politics and strengthen the case for lobbying reform.
It was brilliant to bring Ruth - the long-time and brilliant owner of Cockney's Pie and Mash on Portobello Road - to meet the Chancellor at No.11 Downing Street this week.
Small businesses like Ruth's are the lifeblood of our high streets and communities - and we discussed our campaign to save Cockney's from attempts to double her rent and push businesses like hers into extinction.

Then vs now.
10 years ago, the air outside this primary school was toxic & didn’t meet legal limits. Children were breathing polluted air every day.
Today, nitrogen dioxide is down 48% & air quality meets legal standards.
That’s the difference our bold policies have made 💚
A very happy Windrush Day to everyone in Kensington & Bayswater and all across London.
On Windrush Day, we celebrate the Windrush Generation and their profound impact on our communities, schools, businesses, the NHS, and beyond.
As we celebrate, we must also remember the injustices many faced and remain committed to ensuring that such wrongs are never repeated.
Today is both a celebration and a reminder of the importance of fairness, respect and inclusion at the heart of our society.
Foreign businesses are evading paying VAT & undercutting honest UK businesses, with schemes to avoid paying what is due springing up online.
So today we are launching a consultation on extending the liability for VAT on sales via online marketplaces to strengthen the rules and combat this non-compliance.
Any extra revenue raised will go towards improving the business rates system for the high street.
Taking from the people dodging tax to improve business rates for legitimate high street sellers.
Rattled doesn't begin to describe this.
If Farage wants to return the £5M he is welcome.
Until then the questions on what it is for will continue, including the influence on Reform's approach to cryptocurrency regulation which is plain to see.
'How much of the money have you spent?'
Reform UK leader Nigel Farage told #BBCBreakfast 'I've done nothing wrong' when questioned about a £5m gift from billionaire Reform backer Christopher Harborne

I spoke to The @ObserverUK about why cleaning up dirty money and corruption should be a strong progressive cause, given the volume of dirty money that goes through London and the overseas territories and dependencies, and the opportunity to lead internationally.
We've taken significant steps forward in this Parliament - and a lot more to come.

I'm not sure this is sustainable. Farage says he'd be put "in danger" by saying how much of his £5m has been spent on security. "It's not the public's business."
But people do want to know who is bankrolling politicians. Esp if it's crypto money. https://t.co/7ZyZOF2Bi0
Introducing the NEW Natural History GCSE 🌳🐙🐢🌺
Where better to announce the NEW Natural History GCSE than at the Natural History Museum here in South Kensington!?
Great to welcome @bphillipsonMP - Secretary of State for Education - to Kensington & Bayswater for this exciting announcement, and to hear from wildlife expert @SteveBackshall
This is brilliant news for young people who want to understand - and protect - the natural world 🗺️
