@Mrsmamteacher @MrTs_NQTs I struggled to find a job to complete my NQT so I began supply. It was great for some experience but the uncertainty wasn't for me. So I looked into level 3 TA positions. This helped me to get my foot in the door and led to my first teaching post! Good luck with your search.
