@ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel my new contract within 14 days cooling off. Even that is a shambles. Why do you make it so hard to allow consumers to enact their rights. You aren’t fit for purpose. Fraud still unresolved and being investigated by the ombudsman.
@ThreeUKSupport Just a shame you lot wouldn’t help a long standing customer. Would implore anyone to avoid you. Embarrassing and disappointing. Three Pay isn’t safe.
@ThreeUKSupport Your other members of the customer services team said you couldn’t offer more than £130 back of this fraud. “Final Offer” Said only option is Comms Ombudsman so that’s where I’ve had to go. Very disappointing after 12 years. Three Pay isn’t safe or protected.
The only thing safe and easy about @ThreeUK Pay is the ease with which scammers can seemingly use your @ThreeUKSupport number to defraud money. And @ThreeUK have no protections in place or support.
12 years with @ThreeUK, phone nicked, £200 racked up somehow on Three account. Blatant fraud. “Well only cover the first £100” completely unregulated back door purchase route for scammers?! @ThreeUKSupport. 1 hr on the phone at a Three store. Staff powerless.
