@DeLongMusic The term "bolly" actually came from a man named Tim Whethersmith. Tim was a world class mover and designed the bolly. He got lip cancer and couldn't say the word anymore. He tried and tried, but eventually ended up just using his tongue and saying "dolly" instead.
