SGA, prime Harden, Embiid & Jimmy Butler are the 4 biggest foul grifters I've ever watched in the NBA.
They spend all game humping the court to farm free throws, score 30+ points on like 5 made shots and it's the worst fucking thing you've ever watched. Then it's made worse by the announcers & their fans acting like it's not completely disgraceful.
Fuck SGA and fuck OKC.
We don't have to love the KAT trade but I think it's a little disingenuous to pretend like we don't understand how playing in the East with a running mate making 60% of what he's actually worth isn't a factor in why it may be working out better in New York than it would have here
Jay Williams says he can’t root for the Thunder because of all the foul baiting:
“As a fan of the game, I just want to see the game respected. There are times where I watch OKC play, I don’t feel like they respect the process of the game. It’s too much foul baiting. When you fall down 95% of every shot you take in the 4th, I get physiologically exhausted”
My relationship with the NBA is basically a toxic situationship. I love Ant and this Wolves team, but I also despise the Adam Silver-era, flop-first, whistle-hunting circus the league keeps rewarding. Every spring I swear I’m done with the NBA… and every Fall...
Jaden McDaniels belongs in the Trash Talk Hall of Fame. Not often someone backs it up like this.
32 points on 13/25 FG
10 rebounds
3 assists + 0 turnovers
2 steals + 1 block
Locked down Murray again
Shorthanded Wolves win Game 6 and advance. What a performance.
Graham Platner isn’t just our best and only chance to beat Susan Collins, he’s a good, decent man who’s struggled and grown and is always trying to do better.
I hope everyone with reservations takes a little time to get to know the real life version of him, not what the algorithm throws in our faces. Clearly, that’s what so many people in Maine have done - from all different walks of life and political persuasions.
