@MyLordBebo Have three, about to have a fourth, my wife stays home while I work. Not impossible, we don't have debt on cars, school, phones, or other stupid things just a house. We don't eat out but make homemade meals. It's not easy but it's not impossible.

I have a 2003 Nissan Quest I bought for $4500 5 years ago and I've put less than 1k in maintenance. Gas cars are reliable if you know what you're doing.
