Spent the Father's Day weekend at the ball field as Tournament Director. In charge of the 10u D3 & Rec divisions. Pitchers are limited to 3 innings max per game. Watched a team throw a 10 year old 9 innings over 2 days for a total of 168 pitches. Coaches have to get better.
