kind of insane
i ran GPT-6 ASTRA on our @HyperFrames_ harness and re-produced the a16z's machine age video as its own launch video using just HTML
running our full code2video benchmark now
dude GPT-6 Astra is some kind of turbo-AGI machine god for 3D games. It one-shot this in 45 minutes for hardly a couple % of my quota.
I figured out how to get great graphics out of it. The trick is image gen. I'll share the process below.
Since I'm seeing Cloudflare trending...
Reminding everyone that OpenSEO runs entirely on Cloudflare (+ Planetscale for our hosted product).
We use tons of their products like Durable Objects, KV, R2, D1, and their Agent stuff.
This was all $5/month until very recently

I had early access to GPT-6. This model will completely shatter your understanding of what's possible, and it will start a new era of creativity.
It's hard to explain how big of a jump this is, so I'll share my tests.
1/6 Made this 3D model and animation in code from an image.
we got GPT-6 Astra, here are the first 3 things to run with it
GPT-6 Astra scored 32% higher than Fable 5.1, so its officially the best model out there
here are the 3 most important things you can do right away:
1. review how you work
give Astra your session and project history across Claude, Codex, Hermes and any other agent you use
ask it to find:
> prompts you repeat across sessions
> manual steps that should become scripts or integrations
> repeatable workflows that should become skills
> corrections that belong in project instructions
> scheduled work that should become cron jobs
> files or steps where sessions repeatedly stop
2. audit your second brain
let it inspect how knowledge enters, gets structured, becomes searchable and gets used by your agents
have it review:
> folder structure and data schemas
> duplicate or conflicting knowledge
> retrieval gaps
> cron jobs and ingestion workflows
> how sessions and research get saved
> files and data that you and your agents never use
3. review your evergreen projects
send it your most important projects, especially the ones earlier models could not get working properly
have Astra inspect the project files, run the existing tests, trace failed workflows and write a prioritized plan with the files to change and the checks each change must pass
write every approved improvement back into the project, skill library or company brain
use Astra for planning and review, then hand the defined execution plan to cheaper models
GPT-6 Astra is coming to Devin.
On FrontierCode 1.1, Astra performs within 0.4 points of Fable 5 at a 64% lower cost. It also sets a new SOTA on our internal testing benchmark, generating more comprehensive tests, clearer reports, and better video evidence.
GPT-6 Astra is a beast. Give it a Zillow listing. It can 3D model the house based on the listing photos and create a cool promotion video.
The video was just created in one shot and there are still some wrong details. But I am sure it will be much better if I ask it to polish further. OpenAI is so back.
first time getting over 4.2 hours of sleep in a month 😭
hope everyone is enjoying Astra
i’ve seen countless builds in blender & entire games are being built in one shot, so excited to see what comes out of Astra. 🚀

imagining the future is how we create it
we need to expand who gets to imagine and what becomes possible. those are the stories i’m here to tell
