Long-term businesses don’t win by constantly increasing productivity.
They win by raising productivity to a level that can be repeated—by different people, under normal conditions.
Anything else is fragile growth.
If a business isn’t turning a profit, then the company eventually closes. So, yes. If I’m an employee at a failing company, the profit margin is in fact going to be my problem.
Only in the US do we think companies that are not turning a profit should fix that by increasing debt.
When life gets loud—
When stress hits,
When plans fall apart,
When doubts start screaming and circumstances feel chaotic... What voice do you turn up?

"If your goals rely on being motivated then you're already behind because motivation is unreliable." @LeilaHormozi

Momentum in business is nothing more than having confidence in your decisions so that you can make them quicker and seeing evidence of being right again so you start the flywheel.
Every day I see politically motivated posts. You probably do too.
What bothers me isn’t the side — it’s the shouting.
We’re surrounded by loud opinions and quiet truths.
Maybe it’s time to flip that.

If the data is lying to you, the future you're building won't look like what you hoped.
It happened to us in a Facebook ad campaign. The inputs were fake, but the system optimized anyway.
Made me ask this: "Where else am I building off bad signals?"

What if the adjectives you use to describe your day… are actually shaping your life?
It’s subtle. It’s powerful. It’s sabotaging more than you think.

@DamarisMone@ScottWalker Right. It’s changed. Joe Biden would NEVER refer to Barack Obama as “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.”
Y’all are crazy. That man is racist at to the core and the Democratic party defended him over and over.
I don’t need to impress strangers on the internet.
I need to be faithful to God, my wife, and the four kids who eat dinner at my table.
That’s the real scoreboard.
Friction is profit leaking out.
Every “Where is that car?”
Every “Did you call the customer?”
Every “I thought he was working on it.”
That’s money... gone.
Workflow stops the leaks.
Most owners think growth is about adding.
Add more cars.
Add more techs.
Add another bay.
Truth:
The fastest growth comes from removing friction.
Workflow > Headcount.
