@HunterHodies We didn't need to win the world cup to grow the game. We didn't even need to beat Spain. But we had to get past Belgium or at the VERY least make it a 2014 dramatic effort. Complete failure in my book and makes soccer and the federation a laughing stock again.
Phipps becomes the first Bison since current assistant Tyler Smith to record 100 career wins!
He defeated Lock Haven's No. 16 Anthony Noto in a 4-1 decision.

@_NoahHiles Owners across the league would be livid if the fix was in. Imagine Tepper or Jerry Jones realizing they're being screwed over. They would have an army of lawyers in goodels office in minutes.
@erikmagraken John Stossel vs. World Wrestling Federation (WWF) is a really weird story loosely related to legitimacy.
Not a wrestling fan so I'm not sure what the fallout really was but it seems like it brought a lot of scrutiny to the "legitimacy" even if it wasn't the sole purpose.
@erikmagraken Am I reading this right? 8 weeks of training before your first fight with no experience... And that's the promotions business model? That's absolutely insane.
This is really hard to write but so many of you have loved and cared about Ben that I wanted to let you know. We found out today the cancer had spread throughout Bens organs and there was nothing left we could do-we had to let him go. Iโve had dogs my whole life but Ben was 1 on 1. He was smart-loving-gentle-patient-inquisitive-and welcoming to all. Always a big smile and a soft tail wag. He and I could communicate..he and I understood each other and had each others backs. He was with me more than anyone at home and traveling with me for work. Such an easy going companion. Hard day-but he will live within all of us forever. God please bless his majestic soul and thank you for putting him in my life for the last 10 years-a true blessing.
Love you Ben. ๐๐ผ
@ClownSeekers @sifiso_klaas@realnorma_kay@DlugajJuly SPS patients could also receive steroidal infusions which can't be done as often. Yes steroids can and in a lot of cases are helpful, but they aren't the most important part of managing SPS.
@ClownSeekers @sifiso_klaas@realnorma_kay@DlugajJuly Yes Prednisone can be taken daily, but that's like taking an NSAID instead of getting an antibiotic if you're sick. Both make sense in that case as with SPS. It's not one of the other. In lots of cases it's different immune therapy coupled with benzos and no steroids.
Another post chalked full of misinformation in the comments. This is such a complex, rare and misunderstood disease. Please be careful with what you post because it could be someone's first introduction to a chronic illness and starting off on an inaccurate note is harmful.
@debigirli@realnorma_kay Canabis helps some patients daily symptoms, but typically it's not nearly enough to prevent these attacks or stop them. Stronger medication is typically required depending on the individual.
