@100_LMX@dalevon_digital Yeah in Canada, for me a phone is a tool and not a toy so they’re marketing doesn’t really get to me. Don’t get me wrong I use ai just not on a phone. I have openclaw running on my NAS. I don’t really need iCloud either as I host my own photos
@100_LMX@dalevon_digital That most won’t use. While airdrop, iMessage, Apple Watch are things people buy the iPhone for. There’s a reason why everyone owns an iPhone and you hardly see any pixels.
@100_LMX@dalevon_digital Here’s the thing. Not everyone cares about AI. I don’t. I don’t buy phones for ai never have never will.
What you said is kinda funny tho cuz china phone manufacturers and even Samsung copy apple all the time. Yay the have one feature that’s better (for now)
@100_LMX@dalevon_digital Toys to me. I’m not paying flagship prices for not flagship specs. You wouldn’t buy a Lamborghini with a Toyota Corolla engine in it would you? No.
@dalevon_digital@100_LMX To each there own. To bad pixels are underpowered toys that google thinks is a side hustle, Samsung and lazy long updates. Apple makes the software and hardware and that is something android does not have.
