The Maxx is a cult 90s animated series created by Sam Kieth and aired on MTV, blending reality and fantasy to explore trauma, identity, and perception; it follows a mentally unstable homeless man who, in his mind, is a powerful protector in an alternate world called the “Outback,” where he tries to save Julie, a social worker who helps him in real life, while the story gradually reveals dark psychological layers, raw symbolism, and a fragmented narrative that challenges conventional television animation. 🧠🌑
For the longest time, I've been looking for a game to really grab me, sort of take over my life. Haven't experienced anything like that since probably Skyrim or Minecraft. Finally found a new one and, well, it's WoW. All this time, it was freakin' WoW. Thanks Midnight.
Sam Kieth, creator of The Maxx and co-creator of The Sandman, comic book writer, artist, painter and publisher, has died at the age of 63 #RIP

@gmorales31@oohDB4lalaL They absolutely have. Only downside though is the sopapillas already have honey drizzled on the outside. They're still good though.
Broadstroke Rumble thoughts:
That stadium and that crowd, nope. Not nearly enough surprises, certainly wasn't "Epic", the results were pretty typical, no Knight push, tired of watching him spin his wheels. Women's Rumble, something seemed off. Actually, that's the whole show. Off
@gmorales31 It was a bunch of dudes who just wanted to mug for the camera. Not connected to the matches really at all. Aside from a very few highlights, this is honestly one of the weakest Rumble matches I've seen in a while.
@Elmosucks69@jdotb People are able to play WoW on handhelds currently with pretty much the default layout that a controller on a console would have. And that's just with the single button assistant. There's been zero "dumbing down". Everything is a small PC these days anyway. No difference.
