@nowtvhelp I have done. One of your customer service agents was appaulingly unhelpful, threatening me with bad credit rating. I will be maining a formal complaint. Your internet quality has dropped over time, I have been overcharged for months, and you don't care. I'm shocked.

@British_Airways NUTS FOUND IN NUT-FREE meal. Investigation complete, no responsibility taken, no liability. I was a proud customer, but the way this has been handled has left me shocked, and still nervous to fly.
@British_Airways Investigation into how nuts got into my meal on flight BA49 to Seattle concluded. BA does not accept responsibility, therefor not liable. Once again you shit on your customers. I am a regular business class traveller with BA. I think it's appalling.

@British_Airways it's been six weeks since you accidentally gave me a whole cashew nut in my meal. Nothing has been done. No apologies, nothing. As a loyal business class traveller I am bitterly disappointed and would not recommend you in the future.
@British_Airways I could've died on that flight and you can't be bothered to call me until it's convenient for you? I have anaphylaxis, chose a meal labelled nut-free - it contained a whole cashew nut. Possibly given an old CHAT sheet? I will be contacting CAA Aviation Health Unit and AllergyUK.
