I'm trying to check in online and it is showing my gender as miss instead of Mr, obviously an error, do I need to change this or will I still be allowed on my flight.

I have spoken to ten advisors over the last week , 7 have lied to me! 7 have been caught out lying to me. And I still have no service!! @MarcAllera something needs to be done. I cannot work without the internet !! This issue is over 4 months old!! Fix it!
@bt_uk the worst customer experience ever. Lied to by advisors, and still no internet, escalation after escalation. No ownership!! "It will be resolved in 24hrs" this is the lie I have been told for over 3 weeks!!!
@bt_uk how is our fibre connection STILL NOT READY!! You have been about to complete this since early Feb!! How can 158 other sites have fibre and ours not be complete!!
