@BTOofficial @Justolaola @aeonalloy @Ekitiketekan @BTOofficial please help, @nigimmigration has said they can’t find my passport after paying for renewal. Same thing happened to my wife who paid for renewal and captured since Sept 2024. Till now we are told they can’t find the passport.

@BTOofficial I applied for renewal of my passport on 3rd of Nov. but I’ve not gotten it till now.

I’ve come to issuance office since the 7th till today, and I’m told they can’t find it.
Same thing with my wife’s . Since September 19th last year , she haven’t gotten hers still. HELP
