Me fully exposed to the only asset on the entire planet that hasn’t gone up in the last year.
Down 50% from ATH.
Still stacking sats like a maniac.
You wouldn’t get it.
Bill Maher: “Last week was tax day… I paid the government probably almost 60% of what I earn. That’s a lot. And I… wouldn’t mind if Bernie Sanders would stop saying the rich don’t pay taxes.”
What Massie’s loss means for America 1st & why I’m optimistic about the future of our movement.
We can save our Republic if we can build a broad populist movement against more wars & foreign influence:
This person is running on a platform that older people should get 100% of the upside of inflation (asset price increase) and the entire burden be shifted to those trying to raise families or just get started.
Politicians always take from the unallied and give to the powerful
Boomers: “Houses aren’t unaffordable. Stop eating out. Stop buying coffee. Learn to budget.”
Also Boomers: “I can’t afford the property taxes on my fully paid off house.”
Sir.
You own the house free and clear.
No mortgage. No interest. No lender.
And the tax bill alone is breaking you.
But you want me to believe the problem is my Chipotle order.
The same system that’s pricing you out of a house you already own is the same system pricing us out of one we’re trying to buy.
Maybe it was never about the avocado toast.
Headquarters fleeing, 44% of business leaders were considering leaving, and Downtown Seattle office vacancy hit 36.5% in Q1- 2nd worst in the entire US. Seattle is ENDING, and the demo-socialist mayor is literally laughing! Watch today's doc: https://t.co/KUmPfMwNRX
Democrats want property tax breaks for billionaires.
Republicans want property tax breaks for boomers.
Meanwhile, Millennials, GenZ, and Alpha can't afford houses, won't get social security, and pick up the tab for everyone else.
@NancyMace boomers just keep on boomering and pulling the ladder up after themselves. This is just such horrible public policy to age based property tax, like everyone else/younger are supposed to foot the bill. Pass. Im not voting for anyone who favors this garbage.
@NickFreiling the problem is that a vehicle is going to depreciate or have repairs. the focus on "payment" is entirely wrong. what is the cost to own over X period. youre going to pay one way or another.
